What is chain law and does it affect my transfer?
Colorado enforces a traction law and, in worse conditions, a chain law on the I-70 mountain corridor. Passenger vehicles must have adequate tread and either all-wheel drive, snow tires or chains. Every vehicle in our fleet is all-wheel drive and equipped for it, so an active traction law changes nothing about your pickup except the departure time we will already have recommended. It is a common reason rental cars and rideshare get turned around.
