Cancellation & Disruption Policy

Cancellation

More than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time — cancel at no charge. Your fare is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time — your reservation is non-refundable. The vehicle and driver have been committed to your trip and are no longer available to another guest.

No-show — a reservation is treated as a no-show if we cannot reach you within 60 minutes of your confirmed pickup time at the confirmed location. No-shows are non-refundable.

To cancel, reply to your confirmation text or call (970) 977-8245. Cancellation is effective when we confirm it, not when you send it.

Changes

Date, time, vehicle-class, passenger-count and address changes are accommodated whenever a vehicle is available.

Changes made more than 24 hours before pickup are free. If the change moves you to a date or vehicle class that prices higher, you pay the difference at the rate showing for the new date. If it prices lower, the difference is refunded.

Changes made inside 24 hours are handled case by case and are subject to availability. We will always try. We cannot always succeed, and a change we cannot fulfil does not convert a non-refundable booking into a refundable one.

Flight delays

Delays cost you nothing.

Every reservation is tied to live FAA flight data from the moment you book. If your flight is late, early, or re-gated, your pickup time moves with it automatically. There is no waiting charge, no rebooking fee, and no phone call required from you.

Diverted and cancelled flights

This is where most operators invoke force majeure and keep your money. We do not.

If weather or air traffic sends your flight somewhere other than Denver, your fare travels with you as a credit and we — or the Cameron James Group brand that runs the corridor you actually landed in — come and collect you.

Same corridor. If you are diverted to an airport we already serve on the same route, we reposition and collect you. Your price does not change.

Different airport. If you are put down at an airport on a different, longer route, that transfer is run by the sister brand for that corridor at that corridor's own published rate. Your full Vail Mountain Express fare is credited against it, and you pay only the difference.

To be plain about it: a Denver fare will not buy you a run from a distant airport, and no operator's would. But every dollar you have already paid comes off the price, and you are never stranded at an airport arguing about a refund.

The credit is usable only with Cameron James Group brands. It is applied to the replacement pickup and is not redeemable for cash.

Disrupted legs are not refunded. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, the remedy is the credit and the replacement pickup described above.

When we fall short

If your transfer falls short of what we committed to, tell your driver or call (970) 977-8245 *during your transfer*, so we can fix it while it still matters.

Same-day, same-issue, same-fix: we refund or we re-route — your choice.

We ask that issues be raised at the time of service. We cannot fix what we are not told about.
